Online Returns Policy

 

IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a SHE Boutique E-Gift Card. SHE Boutique does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

 

All Final Sale items cannot be returned for store credit.

 

We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

 

Online Returns Policy

 

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

 

• Items must be sent back within 30 calendar days of the delivered date. 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

• Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, accessories and wig units are non-returnable.

• All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. This slip will be included in the original package.  If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

• When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.

• All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a SHE Boutique E-Gift Card.

• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

• This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

• Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

• We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

• We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

 

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team online and file a claim. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Returns Department. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a SHE Boutique E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase via email. E-Gift Cards never expire and are redeemable right away!

 

Shipping Policy

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes SHE Boutique to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees SHE Boutique may delegate the obligation to import the goods on our behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

 

 

PROCESSING TIME 

After payment is authorized, all orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been shipped. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

 

 

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

Please note that orders to US destinations may take up to 1-10 business days and International orders up to 15 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

 

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

Store pick-up is available on certain items by appointment ONLY.  Call 980-819-1479 to make an appointment.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from SHE Boutique, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

 

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

 

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

 

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

SHE Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

 

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our shop. Pre-order is placing orders in advance of stock being received by SHE Boutique and requires a full payment up front.

 

DETAILS, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

•Full payment is required at time of placing your order

•Estimated Date of Arrival: This is based on the shipment schedule of our supplier. Approximate ship date is advised when the order is placed. 

•Once ordered items have been delivered to you, our standard refund and exchange policy will be implemented. Please refer to our return policy.

•If in any case, your ordered item/s did not arrive to SHE Boutique from our supplier or there is not enough stock to support    your order, we will refund your payment in full. Additionally, the customer (you) cannot perform any legal action against SHE Boutique. 

•Terms and conditions subject to change without prior notice.

WIG UNITS ONLY

​

  • All stock order information can be freely changed and cancelled within 24 hours;Once beyond that time, some handling fee will be charged.

  • All custom order can change detail information and be cancelled freely within 48 hours once placing the custom order.

  • A 10% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the change or cancellation of custom wigs after 48 hours.
     

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON WIG UNITS.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE ORDER IS PROCESSED.
